Visited mom and brought her some salmon patties for lunch. I sat down next to her and put the brown bag down on the table and started talking to her since lunch had not shown up yet. As we talked, she noted the brown bag and asked, “What’s that?” I told her I brought some salmon patties for her. She said, “Give them here. Let’s have them.” She did not want to wait. Good thing I brought them since the gentleman, Keith, sitting next to her decided to eat her pork sandwich in addition to his own once lunch showed up.
After lunch, she kicked back and had a good nap in her awesome big chair. Great smile.
