This was from early May. Mom has been pretty good as far as her emotional state and seeming health. Last year and earlier she had some falls and seemed sick a lot. Now she seems a bit perkier or more alert. She still does not smile for the photos. She definitely enjoys smiling at any stupid thing I say or do to make her laugh except for when I whip out the iPhone. She likes taking it and looking at the photos.
